(ORAL) [1] Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in FIR No. 0253 dated 01.10.2023, under Sections 323, 379, 427, 506, 451, 325, 148 and 149 of IPC registered at Police Station Islamabad, District Amritsar. [2] Learned State counsel on instructions from the officer concerned, submits that in compliance of order dated 04.12.2023, the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for further interrogation.

[3] Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 04.12.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute, however, the petitioners shall keep on appearing before the Investigating Agency as and when required and shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section MONIKA RANI 2024.02.29 09:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order
