**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 156, dated 20.11.2019, under Sections 354-A, 509, 506, 323, 34 IPC and Sections 11 & 12 of the POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Shambhu, District Patiala. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the FIR in question, it has been alleged that the petitioner had been indulged in eve-teasing to the victim. However, it was the case of the petitioner that due to a family dispute between the parties, who admittedly are close relatives, a false case had been planted upon him.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 04th February, 2020, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ajay Kumar, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 04th February, 2020, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
