(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Sukhwinder Singh - in case FIR No.144 dated 02.12.2019 registered under Sections 61/78/1/14 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Longowal, District Sangrur.

On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner - Sukhwinder Singh - has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. In view of above, order dated 19.12.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
