(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No. 0129 dated 05.06.2019 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 323, 341, 342, 365, 379-B, 384 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 30.11.2019 (Annexure P-2) effected in between the parties. Pursuant to orders dated 20.12.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Charkhi Dadri, on 06.01.2020 to get their statements recorded. Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Charkhi Dadri submitted his report vide letter No. 30 dated 07.01.2020, duly forwarded by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Bhiwani, vide letter No. 279 dated RISHU KATARIA 2020.03.12 12:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

According to the report, learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Charkhi Dadri, is satisfied that compromise effected between the parties is genuine and not an outcome of any pressure or coercion In compliance of order dated 30.01.2020, photocopies receipts duly attested by learned counsel for the petitioner regarding deposit of costs of `20,000/- have also been produced in Court today. The same are taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place. Considering the report of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Charkhi Dadri, dated 07.01.2020 and deposit of costs as well as the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony between the parties, aforesaid FIR No. 0129 dated 05.06.2019 (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed, qua the petitioner only.
Registry is directed to verify deposit of aforesaid costs, with the concerned quarter.
