This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 08.08.2024 (Annexure P-5). 2.

At the outset, learned senior counsel representing the petitioners submits that against the impugned order dated 08.08.2024 (Annexure P-5), a remedy of revision is available before the learned Financial Commissioner, Haryana, therefore he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedies of revision before the concerned Financial Commissioner.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
