Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 26.07.2025 and that the FSL report is still awaited to ascertain the exact nature and quantity of the alleged contraband substance. It is further contended that the total weight of the recovered tablets has not been specified by the respondent-State in the FIR. Counsel also points out that the Additional Public Prosecutor, before the trial court, had submitted that the petitioner stands convicted in six other cases, five of which pertain to offences under the NDPS Act. However, a perusal of the custody certificate reveals a discrepancy, indicating that the petitioner is involved in only four cases. It is submitted that challan has yet to be filed and the trial is yet to commence. ' :
