The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to fix the petitioners' pay on notional basis, from the date the first set of appointments were made under advertisement 2/2012, dated 08.11.2012, and to treat them in service from the date of first joining of candidates, especially in view of the decision of this Court in judgment dated 16.09.2019 in CWP-19337-2019 titled 'Mohini and Others v. State of Haryana and Others', wherein similarly situated teachers have been granted the same benefit.
