This order shall dispose of the aforementioned petitions filed on behalf of Suraj Bhan seeking anticipatory bail in respect of two different complaints instituted by the respondent for offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act for dishonour of two cheques for an amount of `10,000/- and `15,000/-.

Pursuant to interim directions issued by this Court, the petitioner has deposited an amount of `25,000/- in this Court. GAURAV SOROT 2020.01.09 18:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Keeping in view the nature of offence alleged and the fact that the entire cheque amount already stands deposited, both the petitions are accepted. The petitioner is however directed to appear before the Trial Court regularly and to furnish fresh bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court which would be at liberty to impose any other condition for for ensuring his appearance regularly in the Court ensuring his appearance regularly in the Court. 4.
Since the learned counsel for the complainant has submitted that his client is willing to enter into some amicable settlement provided the petitioner pays an amount of `25,000/- in addition to the amount already deposited, the Trial Court shall consider the aforesaid offer in case the same is also acceptable to the petitioner.
