Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner has sought the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.83 dated 01.09.2023, under Sections 452, 323, 148, 149, 506 of the IPC (offences under Sections 458 and 325 of the IPC added subsequently), registered at P.S. Ghanaur, District Patiala. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to surrender before the learned trial Court concerned and to make an application for bail before the latter, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
