The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.2Registrar Co-operative Societies, U.T.Chandigarh to decide his appeal in a time bound manner.

The petitioner submits that he has filed an appeal before the Appellate authority i.e. Registrar Co-operative Societies, U. T. Chandigarh. The appeal was filed on 17.05.2024, however, till date, respondent has not passed any order. The petitioner is out of service, thus, his appeal needs to be adjudicated at the earliest.
