1. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition assailing the orders of 30.01.2017, 25.11.2016 and the order dated 24.02.2022 alleging that these are promotions and appointments made during the pendency of the writ petition filed by the petitioner in CWP-6571-2013, ignoring the lis pendens doctrine.

2. This Court finds that while his writ petition was pending, the impugned orders were passed. He did not choose to amend his writ petition nor there is any order restraining the respondents to make appointments or give promotion to others.

3. In view thereof, filing of a fresh writ petition would amount to filing successive writ petitions which cannot be entertained and is not maintainable. If at all, the petitioner could have sought amendment in his earlier writ petition, which he has chosen not to do so.
