This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 12.05.2025 passed in CWP-13473-2025. 2.

Mr. S.K. Panwar, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents and has filed his power of attorney as also the reply, which are taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order dated 12.05.2025 passed in CWP-13473-2025 has since been complied with. 4.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
