(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents to transfer the investigation in FIR No.421 dated 03.10.2023 registered under sections 302 and 34 of IPC at Police Station City Kaithal to Special Investigating Team or a higher Police Officer in the District. In response to the petition, a reply by way of an Affidavit of Umed Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Headquarters, Kaithal dated 21.12.2023 has been filed today in Court, the same is taken on record. Learned State counsel on instructions from S.I. Shaesh Kumar submits that the investigation already stands concluded with the filing of challan before the Illaqa Magistrate.
