This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 23.01.2025 passed in CWP-27163-2023.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit dated 28.10.2025 of Jaswant Singh, Director, Department of Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare, Punjab has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. Along with the compliance report, speaking order dated 28.03.2025 (Annexure R-1/T) has also been appended. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
