NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Perusal of the order sheets shows that the petitioner had gone un-represented for the last 03 dates i.e. 07.05.2022, 01.08.2022 and 24.04.2023. Even today for the 4th time the petitioner has gone un-represented. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is not interested in pursuing the instant petition. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
