The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.132 dated 09.08.2023, under Section 304-B, 34 of IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Dugri Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage.
