(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions to the respondent-U.T. Administration to permit it to execute the work allotted to the petitioner through allotment order dated 01.08.2025 without imposition of conditions upon the petitioner, which are not part of either the notice inviting tender or the allotment letter.

At the outset, Mr. Jaiveer Chandail submits that in the light of developments which have taken place after allotment of the tender to the petitioner, the respondent-U.T. Administration has decided to recall the tender in question, which would be without causing any prejudice to the petitioner and on the happening of such event, the respondent-U.T. Administration would also be releasing the petitioner's bank guarantee.

In the light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition.
