(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 is for quashing of FIR No.0089 dated 29.5.2024 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 406, 498A, 323, 120-B IPC of 1860, registered at P.S. Dharmkot, District Moga as well as all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the State, on instruction, informs that challan in the present case has not been presented, as investigation has not yet been completed.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
