This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefits of 1st, 2nd and 3rd ACP to the petitioner as per the provisions of Haryana Civil Services (Assured Career Progression) Rules, 2016, being fully eligible, and release the same to her alongwith interest @ 12% per annum from the due date till realisation. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to decide the pending legal notice dated 20.7.2021, Annexure P-11, issued by the petitioner in a specified period.

In case the petitioner is found entitled the benefits claimed, the same shall be released to her within a period of six weeks therefrom.
