The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 09.04.2025 passed by this Court in RSA-128-2023.

In compliance of the order dated 09.04.2025 passed by this Court in RSA-128-2023, reply by way of affidavit dated 21.01.2026 of Sukhpinder Kaur, Controller, Printing & Stationery, Punjab, along with office orders and pay orders of different dates (Annexures R-1 to R-4), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2; reply by way of affidavit dated 30.01.2026 of Amit Dhaka, Secretary, Department of Printing & Stationery, Punjab, along with office orders and pay orders of different dates (Annexures R-1 to R-6), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1; and VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.03.13 10:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-4939-2025 (O&M) -2the affidavit dated 25.02.2026 of Meenu Markan, Section Officer (Audit), Government Press, Patiala, along with office orders and pay orders of different dates (Annexures R-1 to R-4), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.3 before the Registry. The same are taken on record. 3.

A perusal of the aforesaid replies shows that order dated 09.04.2025 passed by this Court in RSA-128-2023 has been complied with. 4.

In view of the above, since order dated 09.04.2025 passed by this Court in RSA-128-2023, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.
