MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is impugning the order dated 21.11.2023 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Fazilka, whereby warrants for execution of the sentence awarded to the petitioner by the trial Court, have been issued due to non-deposit of 20% of the compensation amount. 2.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted four weeks' time to deposit the 20% of the compensation amount.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition stands disposed of with directions to the petitioner to deposit 20% of the compensation amount as awarded by the trial Court, within a period of four weeks, as prayed for. 4.

Impugned order dated 21.11.2023 shall remain stayed till 16th January, 2024.
