Prayer is for grant of four weeks' parole to the petitioner. The petitioner, who is undergoing imprisonment in case FIR No.381 dated 10.10.2008 under Sections 302,341,323,427,148,149 IPC registered at P.S City Jagadhari, District Yamuna Nagar, submitted an application dated 27.11.2019 (P.1) to the Superintendent District Jail Faridabad seeking release on parole to enable him to repair his house but no decision as yet has been conveyed to the petitioner in this respect. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case for grant of parole to the petitioner is presently pending before the Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad and he would be content if his application is disposed of within the prescribed time.

Sh. Saurabh Girdhar, AAG, Haryana who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply requisite number of copies of paper book to him during the course of the day.
