Aggrieved by the order dated 08.10.2024, vide which the petitioner was directed to deposit 20% of compensation amount before the trial Court at the time of granting suspension of sentence, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 442 BNSS 2023.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
