However, seeks modification to the extent that the time granted by the Appellate Court be extended by 30 days.

The petitioner is granted another 30 days beyond the 60 days granted by the Appellate Court to deposit 20% of the compensation amount. 3.

Instant petition is disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 16th of October, 2023.
