Prayer in this petition is for quashing of order dated 10.08.2022 (Annexure P-2), passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, vide which the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender. 2.

The case has been called twice since morning and despite that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition.
