The prayer made in the present petition is for setting aside order dated 01.05.2025, whereby bail of the petitioner was cancelled and bonds were forfeited to the State.

The Co-ordinate Bench on 25.09.2025, directed the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court within a week subject to deposit of costs and on his doing so, he would be admitted to interim bail. 3.

Learned State counsel has produced a copy of order dated 27.11.2025, as per which, petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender. 4.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposing of the present petition as having been rendered infructuous. 5.

Ordered accordingly.
