4 56 7Learned counsel submits that fist blows have been attributed to the petitioner, however, complainant party also gave injuries to father of the petitioner with regard to which, statement was recorded before the Investigating Officer and cross case has been registered under Sections 117(2), 115(2), 351(2) 3(5) of BNS vide DDR No.48 dated 15.08.2025. They are related to each other regarding which and the incident, a reference is made to para 4 of the petition. There is no case pending against him. He is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate.

Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. MS Bajwa, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation on or before 09.10.2025. In the event of his arrest, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as MOHIT 2025.11.04 19:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
