(ORAL) By placing on record a copy of judgment dated 24.01.2024, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patiala, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such as, the petitioners have been acquitted by the learned trial Court. Learned counsel for the State has not disputed the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the above, the instant revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
