 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in respect of offences vide FIR No. 202 dated 28.07.2024 under Sections 109(1), 324(4) and 324(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita2023 registered at Police Station Ding, Sirsa, Haryana.

The primary offence as alleged is of attempt of murder. The petitioner who was driving a Car dashed against the motorcycle of the Amit and Manpreet on which both the victims/injured were riding and the injured received grievous injuries on various vital parts of their bodies.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is the accused, has also received certain injuries for which attention of this Court is drawn to the medicolegal report dated 27.07.2024 at page 29 of the paper book which does not indicate any grievous injury and all the injuries were sustained on nonvital parts of the body.

Consequently, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out and the petition stands dismissed.
