HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for initiating proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of order dated 22.04.2019 passed in CWP-10333-2019 (Annexure P-1).

Learned State counsel submits that the directions issued in aforesaid CWP-10333-2019 vide order dated 22.04.2019 have been complied with and hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. This fact has not been disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
