(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.176, dated 14.12.2024, under Sections 140(3), 109, 118(1), 115(2), 190, 191(3), 351(3), 118(2) and 117(2) of BNS registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Bathinda, District Bathinda.

Vide order dated 25.09.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 25.09.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
