Petitioner, a complainant in case FIR No.186 dated 06.08.2025 registered at his (P) instance, for commission of offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 109, 190, 191(3) of BNS and Sections 27/54/59 of Arms Act, has filed the present petition under Section 528 BNSS praying therein to direct the official respondents to decide his representation dated 05.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) expeditiously.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to decide the representation dated 05.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioner, within a period of 3 weeks, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
