Heard.

For the reasons explained in the application, order dated 31.01.2019 is recalled. Main petition is ordered to be restored to its original number and is taken up today i.e. 15.02.2019. CRM stands disposed of.

Main case Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.18 dated 11.01.2018, under Section 409 IPC, Police Station Ratia, District Fatehabad.

CRM-M-28491-2018 (O&M) --2-- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that compliance to order dated 30.11.2019 has been made. Copy of order dated 30.01.2019 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehabad in this regard is already annexed with restoration application.

Since, order dated 30.11.2018 qua deposit of Rs.14.00 lacs with the CJM, Fatehabad has been complied with, therefore order dated 30.11.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
