Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain typographical errors in the present petition and accordingly, he prays for withdrawal of the same with liberty to file a fresh with correct particulars, as there are certain facts which came to his knowledge after filing of the present petition.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
