Rajbir Sehrawat, J(Oral) Present petition was filed by the run away couple seeking protection of life and liberty.

Vide Order dated 04.09.2018, the Superintendent of Police was directed to examine the representation of the petitioners and to give them the necessary protection. However, further direction was given that petitioner No.2 shall arrange a fixed deposit for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- in the name of petitioner No.1 within a period of 3 months. It was further ordered that in case the petitioner No.2 does not deposit the copy of FDR with the Registry of this Court within a period of 3 months; then the case would be up up before the Bench for further orders. Neither the petitioner nor their counsel are present today. It appears that after getting married the couple has moved further in their life. Petitioner No.1, in whose favour the Fixed Deposit was ordered to be created by this Court, has also not come with any complaint that she is dissatisfied because of the petitioner not arranging any Fixed Deposit in her name.
