Prayer in the present review application is for review of order dated 17.09.2025 as a multiplier of '15' has been applied, which ought to have been '18' keeping in view the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the cases of Baby Sakshi Greola vs. Manzoor Ahmad Simon & Anr. [2025 (1) RCR (Civil) 238], Kajal vs. Jagdish Chand & Ors. [2020 (2) RCR (Civil) 27], Karuna Parmar vs. Prakash Sinha & Ors. [Civil Appeal No.2317 of 2025 arising out of SLP (C) No.6428 of 2023 decided 11.02.2025] and Hitesh Nagjibhai Patel vs. Bababhai Nagjibhai Rabari & Anr. [2025 INSC 1070], wherein a multiplier of '18' has been applied in the case of minor children.

In the present case the deceased was 14 years of age. Inadvertently, in the order dated 17.09.2025 a multiplier of '15' has been applied, which ought to have been '18' keeping in view the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in cases of Baby Sakshi Greola (supra), Kajal (supra), Karuna Parmar (supra) and Hitesh Nagjibhai Patel (supra). Accordingly, the order dated 17.09.2025 stands corrected. The reworked compensation, by applying a multiplier of '18', reads as under : Sr. No.
