Mr. Sharad Aggarwal, Addl. A.G., Haryana, appearing on behalf of the respondent, submits that the order dated 29.08.2024 (Annexure P-1), passed in CWP-20992-2024, stands complied with as a Speaking Order dated 15.10.2024 has been passed by the Director, Women and Child Development Department, Panchkula, Haryana. A copy of the said order has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has also been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be disposed of. However, liberty be granted to the petitioner to assail the correctness of the order dated 15.10.2024, in case any grievance is left.

Disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
