CRR(F)-1444-2024 By way of the present revision petition, the petitioner is seeking setting aside of order dated 30.07.2024 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Baba Bakala Sahib, Amritsar whereby application filed by the respondent for attachment of bank account of the petitioner/Judgment Debtor, has been allowed and the pension of the petitioner to the extent of 1/3rd share has been attached and further warrants of attachment has been issued.
