Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of impugned FIR No.50 dated 31.05.2016 under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Panal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Kanwan, District Pathankot (P-1), along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 10.12.2019 (P-2).

Learned counsel for the complainant, on instructions, submits that there is no compromise between the parties. He further appraised that on 06.10.2021 also, such an objection was raised against the maintainability of the petition.
