(now Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) for seeking quashing of the order dated 04.10.2024 passed in the Criminal Appeal filed by the petitioner bearing CRA NO.7890 of 2023 titled as 'Amar Nath Saha Vs. M/s Carlsberg India Pvt. Ltd.' whereby the Appellate Court has not only dismissed the application of exemption from personal appearance dated 04.10.2024 but also cancelled the suspension order of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has passed away.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
