(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for issuance of directions to the learned Revisional Court, to decide the revision petition i.e. CRR-342-2018 titled 'Shamsher Singh Lather Vs. State of Haryana', (Annexure P-5, Colly), pertaining to FIR No. 32 dated 06.02.2017 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 469 and 471 IPC, Police Station Julana, District Jind. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in a revision petition filed by respondent No.

2, the Revisional Court had stayed the proceedings before the trial Court vide order dated 20.12.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this petition on merits and confines his prayer only to the extent that the Revisional Court, may be directed to decide the aforesaid revision RISHU KATARIA 2022.09.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of, with a direction to the concerned Reversional Court, to make an endeavour to decide the revision petition (Annexure P-5, colly.) on the date fixed i.e. 15.12.2022, and if not possible, shall decide the same by the end of January, 2023 and send compliance report to this Court.
