Learned counsel for the parties on instructions are ad idem that the petitioners would vacate the premises within a period of six months from today i.e. on or before 03.09.2025. It is further agreed that from the date of the order passed by the Appellate Authority i.e. 05.08.2024 till 28.02.2025, the petitioners would pay an amount of ₹7,500/- per month for the use and occupation of the premises and the arrears for the last six months would be paid within a period of four weeks from today. It is further agreed that commencing from 01.03.2025 the petitioners would pay an amount of ₹7,500/- per month by the 7th of every month towards use and occupation of the premises.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off with a direction that the petitioners shall hand over peaceful vacant possession of the premises within a period of six months from today i.e. on or before Yogesh Sharma 2025.03.04 10:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CR-6634-2024 (O&M) -203.09.2025. The arrears w.e.f. 05.08.2024 to 28.02.2025 @ ₹7,500/- per month for use and occupation of the premises shall be paid within a period of four weeks from today. Further, commencing from 01.03.2025 an amount of ₹7,500/- per month shall be paid by the 7th of every month towards use and occupation charges. It is however made clear that incase of default either in paying the arrears or in payment of the future amount towards use and occupation of the premises, the present revision petition shall be deemed to having been dismissed.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
