JUSTICE GURVINDER SINGH GILL Present:- Mr. Mohammad Arshad, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although FIR No.168 dated 27.9.2019, Women Police Station, Mewat under Sections 323, 376 and 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 6 and 17 of POCSO Act was lodged at the instance of the petitioner about three months back, but no effective investigation has been conducted in the matter till date and infact none of the accused has been arrested so far. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of allegations, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.
3-Superintendent of Police, Nuh (Mewat), Haryana to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.168 dated 27.9.2019 at Women Police Station, Mewat under Sections 323, 376 and 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 6 and 17 of POCSO Act is got investigated expeditiously in PANKAJ KAKKAR 2019.12.
( 2 ) CRM-M-54539-2019 (O&M) accordance with law, so that a final report is submitted thereafter at the earliest.
A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Nuh (Mewat), Haryana so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
