Learned State counsel submits that legal notice of the petitioner has since been decided, as such, this petition has been rendered infrucutous.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies available to the petitioner. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Rule discharged.
