(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the claim of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondents on 30.04.2019 on the ground that the original medical bills, the reimbursement which is being sought by the petitioner, have already been taken back by her son and are not being returned despite various efforts and in the absence of original bill, no reimbursement can be considered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that original bills, though at one given point of time were taken by her son, but have again resubmitted in the year 2018.

On being pointing out that the present writ petition involves disputed question of law as to whether the original bills have been submitted by the petitioner or not, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil Court for the redressal of her grievance in respect of the claim as raised in the present writ petition.
