Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.75, dated 01.08.2022, registered under Sections 21 and 22 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Sadar Banga, District SBS Nagar.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is behind bars for 01 year and 4 months. He is involved in 3 more cases. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage. 4.
