In the present case, on 20.03.2025, following order was passed:- "1.

Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0215 dated 26.10.2024, under Sections 125, 3(5) BNS, 2023 and 25, 27 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar. 2.

Counsel for the complainant, appearing on advance notice, informs that FIR in the present incident was registered on 26.10.2024 and till date he has neither been arrested nor submitted himself to the investigating agency.

Complainant's counsel further informs that after registration of the present FIR on 26.10.2024, again petitioner got involved in some other incident as main accused i.e. FIR No.36 dated 17.03.2025, registered at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar, wherein the allegations are of firing two shots with unlicensed gun. 3.

Petitioner's counsel appearing along with mother of the petitioner proposes for deferring the hearing in the present petition to enable him to settle the dispute amicably as in the incident in question, nobody suffered injury.

Today, it is informed by the learned State counsel that in the present case, wherein the petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail, during the act of firing a shot, the firearm itself dismantled, as a result JAWALA RAM 2025.05.09 14:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-56410-2024 - 2 - of which five live cartridges fell on the ground and were subsequently recovered by the police.

Learned counsel for the complainant also informs the Court that subsequent to the incident in question, petitioner has also been found involved in another incident wherein he allegedly fired a shot upon one 'Paramjeet Singh', leading to the registration of FIR No.36, dated 17.03.2025, under Sections 109, 190, 191(3) of the BNS Act, 2023 and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar.

In view of above, no ground for anticipatory bail is made out. Dismissed.
