The present revision petition pertains to the year 2023. None had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners on 27.05.2025 and the following order was passed:

"As per the office report, notice could not be issued to the respondent due to non-filing of fresh/correct address. Let fresh/correct address of the respondent be furnished within a period of four weeks from today and on doing so, notice be issued to him returnable 15.09.2025. Registry to inform the counsel for the petitioner accordingly."

As per the office report, despite the counsel being informed, fresh correct address of the respondent was not furnished, hence, notice could not be issued to him.

Today, again, none has put in appearance on behalf of the Yogesh Sharma 2025.09.16 10:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this judgment/order.
