On 19.12.2023, the following order was passed by this Court:- "Mr. Krishan Sharma, Advocate, inter alia contends that respondent-PUNGRAIN has withheld payment of the petitioner despite test report dated 31.05.2023 in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner was supposed to blend 1% FRK with CMR and as per test report, the petitioner has blended 1.02% FRK, thus, there is compliance of prescribed standards still PUNGRAIN has not released payment.
