G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) After arguing for some time, counsel is not in a position to press the present petition as admittedly the petitioner is a Director in Vikram Speciality Coatings Pvt. Ltd., which is having its registered office in Aurangabad and, therefore, the question of this Court having jurisdiction on the disqualification of the Director of the said company is seriously doubted.

Faced with this situation, counsel does not press the present petition and prays for withdrawal of the same. Ordered accordingly.
